1,000 levels
Start with approachable themes like Color palette and Movie magic, then work up to sports, films, music, food, nature, history and science.
Daily challenge
Work toward three rotating daily goals and collect a gift from the seven-day reward trail. Missing a day keeps your place.
Stars and star chests
Earn up to three stars per level, and unlock a star chest for every 30 journey stars. Trade coins for heart and hint bundles.
Play at your own pace
No countdown. Choose Daylight, Sunset, Starlight or changing scenery, and adjust music, sound, vibration and Calm effects.

How do you play Word Match?
Read the theme clue, then connect adjacent letters horizontally, vertically or diagonally to spell related words. Find the special word that describes the theme and spans the board, and find every theme word to finish the level.
Is there a timer?
No. There is no countdown to beat, so you can play at your own pace.
Does Word Match work offline?
The core puzzles work offline. Rewarded videos and Google Play purchases need an internet connection.
Is Word Match free?
Yes. It is free to play, with ads and optional in-app purchases for hearts and hints.
What are bonus words?
Words you find that are not part of the theme. Discovering them builds toward a helpful hint.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Progress and your wallet are saved on your device, and Settings lets you export and import a manual save.
